z1 compact reboots and crashes

hi everyone

my d5503 reboots ferquently!
it doesn't show any message before reboot. it just reboots
there is someting else, it shows the message "unfortunately xperia home stopped working" many times when i'm using the phone
it showes this message for other apps on my phone and restarts that app.

i've tried taking out the sim card, safe mode' factory reset (*#*#7379423#*#* or settings) , repair through pc companion and of course i took it to my local customer service (i live in iran) and they didn't know the exact reason and i don't want my phone to be opened!
is there any software solution?!

please help! it's realy annoying! i'm using 4.4.4 .157

sorry for my terrible english!

and thanks to anyone reads this post and anyone trying to help me!

Sorry to hear about your phone Slightly_frowning_Face

This sounds like a hardware issue and something that needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, please contact your local support team.

Downgraded to jellybean, it is mush better now!
At least i can leave a comment (as I'm doing right now!), but still have some problems like crazy touch (it touches one or two part of the screen and holds it till i turn on and off the screen and then it gives it up)
The restarting and that "stopped working..." issue still remaining but it occurs once or twice a day!
I showed my phone to a pro technician and he told me maybe it's a battery problem and it should be opened and its hardware should be checked. But he suggested me to wait for the next update...
Now I'm waiting for lollipop maybe it could be helpful!
I'm still hoping that it's a software issue that certainly can be fixed!
