I have a few questions here:
1. I bought the new phone in May and I have noticed a consistent poor performance of network connection. Initially I thought it was the sim card that needed to be changed (from 3G to 4G). I got it changed in early June. The problem did not resolved. At times I experience no network i.e. I can't make calls. Maxis denied networking problem before and after I changed my sim card. I also checked with friends that use Maxis, they don't experience the same problem. What could have gone wrong?
2. I used to register Sony phones at Sony Store online in the past, when I got new phone. Is it doable now? I tried to enter the serial number but the number is not accepted. I tried with IMEI number but the number is even longer and the default format starts with S01 followed by 6-8 digit number. How do I go about it?
3. There is delay in camera launch. I read the forum and removed the suspected third party apps that may cause the delay. Does this mean I don't get to use the apps at all?
4. I notice under "about phone", it says IMS registration "not registered". What is it about and how do I register IMS? What is the impiication if I don't?
5. When installing Xperia software update, the screen flashes. What is the problem here? I wish I video recorded the screen but I didn't. I am not sure how to simulate or replicate the problem again. What do you suggest me to do?
I always have faith in Sony's products. I have been buying Sony Ericsson and then Xperia. This is the first time I have so many issues with a new phone. I hope I am not holding a defective unit.

Got it into safe mode. But it keeps giving me an error with xperia home?!
