z1 compact lock screen, heating and camera issue

I have 3 issues with my sony xperia z1 compact D5503 , which are as below.

1. I set my auto lock screen time to 5 minutes but don't know how it gets to default 15 seconds after some time. This happens many times in a day. Not sure if its issue with anriod. I have anroid kitkat 4.4 installed on phone.

2. When my phone is charging, it heats up.

3. some times the camera gets stuck or open very slow.

Can anyone please help me on this?

Download the latest android version 4.4.4 via pc companion. These issues are addressed into that. Also don't use your phone while charging. You isse that's why it heats up. Also normal temperature rise is ok anyway.

I have upgrded it to the latest version 4.4.4, but still the same issue.
One more issue u m facing my screen is not auto rotating. Auto rotating screen option is enabled.
