Z1 charing problem

I have a z1 that is about 3 months old. The microusb charger wont work (it only drains the battery). The ?chargerdock? does work.

Anyone whit a similar problem and a solution?

so you saying that microUSB wont even charge at all or it charges the phone but drains fast ?? be more clear with explanation, so that we could help you

The phone shows that mircoUSB charger is connected and a symbol that indicates that the phone is loading pops up. After a while it pops up a window that says something about the phone is loading too slowly or not at all. When I have the microUSB charger plugged the battery level drops very quickly

Do you get this same problem when charging through more than one USB port/Power point or is it just the one that is giving you this problem?

Try changing different USB port and Cable , if possible try different MicroUSB incase you able to get from your friends if they have any, check how it works

Hi guys, also reinstall the USB system drivers for your motherboard and if not check on another computer and see if you get the same results.

I have tried different chargers but with the same result. Sometimes I get the cable to work on the computer so I can move files and do a backup but the charging is still not working.

Its only the microUSB that's not working, the charger whit the magnet working fine.
