Its past 5 months from the date of purchase of Xperia Z1 handset, I started facing vibration issues with the mobile. Then after submitting it to Sony authorised service center Accel frontline in Pune, India they took 1 months time to resolve the issue. Regardless of buying such a premium handset the services provided are pathetic.
Just 15 days from the previous repair I again started facing the issue of charging dropping by the handset & battery discharging rapidly eventhough the charger is conected. For this issue I again submitted it to Service center this time to Aradhya Enterprise Pune, India. They too took the handset & said they'll send it to L4 level to chennai for further repairs.
My job ID is W114091100451 & want to escalate this repeatative issues faced by me for the Z1 mobile. Also I would like to go for Cash back. As i'm totally frsutraded with the sercie as they dont share the exact timelines for the repairs delivery & taking about a month for any kind of hardware repair.
Yet i've not yet received any reply from the service center of their call centere regardless of continous follow ups for the same.
Request you all to provide me the escaltion matrix for this issue.
