Z vibrates when typing too fast

I've already turned off haptic feedback, yet my phone vibrates when I type too fast. It doesn't vibrate when I type normally, but if something like "lololololol" or "hahahaha" fast enough, it vibrates. Like it's telling to slow down or something. Is there a way to turn this off?

EDIT: I finally realized what the problem is, it vibrates when I press to keys together at the same time. How do I turn this off?

Check the following under Settings > Language & input > Press on the tools next to "Xperia-keyboard" > Sound and vibration > Unmark vibration on keypress.
