Your Locate device is very funny

Hi

Your locate device was never able to locate my mobile so far on the top that is the funniest thing is it says we will send you email once we locate..i never got any email..when you can't provide this simple service which is very useful feature for the customers..what is the use of providing bigger techonology like water proof..dust proof..etc etc..pls provide some valid service

For that service to work your phone must have data and GPS switched on - If neither were then no, you won't get an email

Well in his case... that was expected but now answer my query...!!

I tried that service five times to locate the phone (Just to check the service) but it located the phone in different area... !! It will definitely mislead in case of real incident..Though the area was near from my location but was definitely NOT MY AREA !!
