Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.
Have you tried uninstall the updates and then re downloading them using the Play Store?
Menu > Settings > Apps > Downloaded > Youtube > Uninstall Updates
To redownload, simply access the Play store and then go to My Apps and press Update.

I tried it like 5 times. On the old version everything works. On the new error are popping up even if i only open the app. I can't resume the video if the network had an error. The touch doesnt work. But only from an update that was last years october ; _ ;
I see, in all honesty, this sounds like an issue with the Youtube application, and its compatibility with the device. This may be something you need to contact Youtube in regards to.
However this could possibly be a software issue on the device, you could try performing a software repair on the handset to see if this helps.

To repair the phone software
1. Install PC Companion on a Windows PC from Support
2. In PC Companion, under Support Zone and click Start.
3. Under Phone Software Update, click Start.
4. Click repair phone.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions.
