Hy i`ve bought this phone from italy ,about 2 month ago the yellow thing has appear on my screen ,the only way to repaired is to send to Sony Italia,in my country the services that belong to Orange & Vodafone Ro they do not recognize my warranty because is not from they store.My request is simple how to get in contact with Sony Italia with the help of Sony moderators or employs because with the thing to send them a email take about 1 months with no results because they are redirecting me to Orange & Vodafone
Called sony ITalia they gave me a numeber to Sony Romania ,i have discussed with them ,they gave a number to some local service no one wont to take my phone to repair because i have they loggo on my warrenty ,called back sony romania back they asked my imei number provided to them,the say to me to wait,passed 2 days ,next week i will call them back to see wath they have resollved
yesterday they call me back,told me to go at a Germanos service in case that the service representative will not take my phone,to call back Sony Romania,after the holidays i will go to them
