Xperia ZL EAR speaker not working

Hello my xperia ZL ear speaker automatically goes off during a call cant hear anything , den again after a few days it starts working back again , i am using android 4.3 , please suggest me some help , beacuse the phone is unable to full fill its top priority of calls , i m fed up with dis issue , seems like trusting such a big brand such as  SONY was a mistake , awaitng a reply from your side

I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..

If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.

hi...i have read ur message at the forum and i found out that iam not the only one having thesame problem...i bought my xperia zl and after 48 hours i noticed that my phnes ear speaker doesnt work...and i went back to the shop to have it update the latest version of andriod as what the attendant said that it only needs an update to get it working...right there and then th update was finished and yes it work for AT LEAST ONE DAY...AND then they said theyre going to hve it send to the Sony repair service center...knowing that iam not the only one havig this problem i think that this kind of issue must be address ASAP for the companys reputation is at stake...i wish that my phone can be fixed immediately and the SONY company will address this matter.
