xperia zl data connectivity issue

Hi,

I bought an xperia ZL last week and yesterday I updated it to 10.31.A.2.67 version.Since then my 3G data connection gets disconnected very frequently interrupting downloads.i have to manually turn off and then turn on the data connection to browse again.Before the update there were no connecctivity issues at all.Please help me fix this issue.

I suggest you first try redownloading the internet settings for the device.

Menu > settings > More > Internet Settings > Accept Disclaimer >  Choose network carrier.

Once finished try testing the connection.

If this does fail, then you may need to reload the current software on the device, this can be done by doing the following.

To repair the phone software

1.     Install PC Companion on a Windows PC from Support 

2.     In PC Companion, under Support Zone and click Start. 

3.     Under Phone Software Update, click Start.

4.     Click repair phone.

5.     Follow the on-screen instructions.
