xperia z5p changes from silent to ringing by itself

Hello. I am having a problem with my z5p it changes sound settings by itself for example I have it in silent after restart it is changed to ringing. At first I thought I was doing it but after that restart I know it's the phone doing it. Can you help? I have disabled smartconect long time ago so it's not that

I wasn't able to recreate your issue with my Z5P, is your phone network branded?

It was am app called call blocker that was doing it
