Xperia Z5 and two issues

This is follow-up of complaints made earlier by myself after buying new Sony Xperia Z 5.

FIRST ISSUE - Today I visited Jumbo electronic shop where Sony products are on sales and services. I found that the Bose headphones in question was found perfectly compatible with Sony M4 dual sim phone in display as it should work. Call button on the headphones and volume buttons on headphones were working on that Sony phone as it should in any android phone.
This is not so when same headphones is connected to Xperia Z 5. The three switches on the earphones one each for volume up and down works fine. Middle switch for call take and start music or skip music doesn't work and it also only increase the volume when pressed.
When I get a call I cannot start the call by pressing the middle button on the earphone 🎧. Not in Xperia Z5 but works perfectly on Xperia M4 dual sim lollipop version.
Very irritating issue for me.

SECOND ISSUE - Is that the lock screen picture is seen as if behind a white curtain. It's not clear as you see same picture in the album or pictures in Xperia background theme series given in phone.

These two issues can be corrected easily. As other phones in Sony Xperia series don't have such nag.
Kindly do look into these issues.
Expecting a fast correction from Sony Xperia team and waiting eagerly for updates to correct the said issues.

first issue, its a compatibility issue, there's no other way around here. The Xperia Z2, Z3, Z4/Z3+, Z5 use a 5 pin connector. regular headphones will work, for the most part, headphones with one single button should work, but if the headphones have volume control then there are issues. 

There's nothing wrong with your phone, there's nothing wrong with your headphones, its a compatibility issue.

Second issue. 

That's an android standard, you can not change it, but also, you can change it, how, you can't change it by using Sony's lock screen which is quite similar to Android vanilla found in Nexus devices. BUT you can use third party lock screen apps to customize your phone as you please. Again, this is an Smartphone, not an iphone which you don't have this freedom, but an Android Smartphone, you don't have to rely on a brand to add this or that, you have thousands of apps on the play store to improve your experience. 

Another reminder of your first issue, this is hardware related not software, Sony can't guarantee that third party products will work just like Samsung can't guarantee that third party products will work with their phones.
