Just saw a sony xperia z3v on a retail shop while googling i found that it was exclusive for Verizon wireless.

SO i just need to know that if i buy that device can i use it under Indian sim?

No, the Xperia Z3V like the new Xperia Z4V are CDMA phones, it won't work with a GSM network.
