Try this

1. use MyXperia or Android device manager > reset your phone 

2. Do NOT enter any email or any password 

3. Borrow a computer and repair the phone with PCC also change your Gmail password (it has to be a different computer)

That's odd, but you should contact your internet provider and your network carrier.

You used a polish word and if im correct , you are polish. If you are then please tell me i can assist you in polish language.

Alright , first check if the family or neibours aren't connected to your internet and doing some kind of jokes , thats the least possible problem but worth a try.

Next if you are sure that someone did hack into your internet and does control your devices , start with the PC

Shut down the PC if its a laptop take out the battery and unplug from charging next press and hold the power botton for few second. Same with a Computer , unplug it from any cables. After that put the battery back into the laptop and plug it back in . same with computer. Then start the computer and when it logo shows start pressing F10 just keep pressing F10 not holding it just stright after the laptop turns on press really fast F10. Then it should start saying "Windows is loading files" Then Depending on your laptop Some options will show up. Search up for Recovery or something like that and let the laptop completly reset to factory settings. 

Now Your phone.

After your Laptop / Computer is cleared , it should be fine and you should be able to download PC Companion program. Download it and Software repair your phone. The phone's software will be re-installed , it means it will go back to the factory settings also and your files will be deleted. Also i forgot to mention , Please download after the laptop's/computer's reset a antiviurus and a firewall

Yeah so these reset's should fix the problem. All hackers and files will be deleted so.... If this keeps going i think someone can be connected to your internet/router and controls your devices via internet connection. If so every router has a reset botton. Find it and use a toothpick to press it because its normally a small hole for it. 

You will have to paste all the settings again and i would recommend you typing a different password for the WiFi.

If nothing of this works and all problems continue with the anonymous person doing strange things to your electronics contact your internet provider
