Xperia Z3 Plus, Inconsistent Media Volume or Auto Optimization

Hello

Bought this extremely awesome phone which is good in every aspects except the Speaker. While playing Music with Sony's own app or watching any video, the sound (tone) changes.To restore the perfect tone I need to stop the music, remove from recent apps, open it again and its restored for maybe 10 secs(very inconsistent timing) and back to same distorted tone. I've tried clearing data, repairing, taking it service center and still no fix.Service center executives refuse to believe that such problems exists. My only Question is If this is a Hardware issue or a software bug. And no water contact has been made till date. I'm not sure but I think the problem was also on Lollipop. Love this phone though!

Can you try to reproduce if you visit a sony service? That way they should be able to notice it.

It was really hard to show them the problem because it never shows up. It was so funny that tried to blame Google because YouTube is third party software and we are not responsible. Fine then why should the issue exists on Sony's native apps like Music & Video. When I somehow managed to provoke the issue in front of them they convinced me that it is a Software Issue and we shall notify our team. If it is a software issue why not affect all Z3+ models.

@Sylus Try this: restart your device, play something for about 40-45 (up to 1 hour) and let us know how things go.

Just now I disabled Music & Video and restarted. But I'm guessing heating causes this issue. Anyways I'll try that and report back.

Is this problem showing up with external speakers or both with speakers and headset?

In the video, are both recordings performed in the same way and with the same setting? You used an another device to record your phone while it was playing from its speakers?
