Xperia Z3+ Freezing problem

I just purchased  Xperia Z3+ two weeks ago and I have this issue of frozen device. It usually happens during few minutes of inactivity, the screen turns white and freezes for about 1 minute but gets back to normal after awhile. It happens repeatedly during Sleep Mode or After minutes of inactivity. I tried Factory Reset twice already & also did a Software Repair using Xperia-companion tools and restarted the device many times, but still facing the same problem.

Can anyone encountered same issues in your newly purchased device? Need advise. Thanks a lot.

Contact the place of purchase or your local support and see what they can do for you.

I already brought my device back to the local store and even contacted the Service Agency for its warranty. But it is only frustrating talking with them and more difficult to deal with. Bringing this back to the store is not the best solution.

If anybody encountered same issues, pls bring it here and this is the purpose why we have this forum. I hope Sony Support would find an answer & give us the best solution. This is a software problem.
