Xperia Z3 Dual internet (wifi & gsm) problem

Hi every one!

I bought a Z3 dual a month ago, and since day one, i've been noticing problems with data connection on this phone. The phone is new, both sim cards are new, and the problem happens in any wifi network. The problem is that sometimes i can navegate almost normaly on the web, or facebook, or any other app that requires internet, and most times, the connection seems to break down, though the signal keeps strong, and no data is transfered. After a while (1,2 or several minutes) it starts working normaly again. Already made a factory reset, and didn't work. Is there any solution for this?

Could you check if you experience the same issue while on safe mode?

How to boot on safe mode on Lolipop
1. press and hold the power key
2. once you get the pop up menu 
3. press and hold "power off" 
4. Boot on safe mode should become available
