Xperia z3+ dual E6533 getting rebooted all of a sudden. but struck at bootloop all the time.

My xperia z3+ is getting into this issue repeatedly after 6.0.1 upgrade. I tried to repair through PC companinon and did factory reset so many times. still the same issue every day. Please help me if there is any real solution for this. After 9months of use, now I am realizing why apple phones are still the best irrespective of high price.

I have done this at least 4 times in diffrent days before I post this issue. And till date its getting rebooted at least once a day. Now, I am planning to just switch off the phone & stop using it till december, and I will switch it on in december again when sony start lanunching android 7, to see if 7 can help to get rid of this issues.
