Xperia z3 Compact shutter problem

Xperia z3 Compact shutter problem

Hello!
I just had my phone return from being repaired, due to an issue on the back cover, to discover that the camera button is not working. This is what I have tried so far:
- Activate smart start on the camera options - nothing happens
- Clear cache, stopp/resume the camera app, restarting the phone- nothing happens
- Doing a factory reset- the same

Is there anyone who has a similar problem?

Is there something else to do other than send it again to repair?

Can this be related to software (my version 5.1.1)?

Thanks a lot,
Pedro

Go to Settings -> About phone -> Diagnostics -> Test -> perform a "Camera button" test

Hey Uliwooly, thanks for the advice. Unfortunately it does not work... Next thing will be sending it to the local support. Hopefully it will not impair other faculties of the smartphone... Thanks

Dear Quester,

the same for your advice. I tried it and as nothing happened it gave a report that the test was failed.
