Xperia Z3 Bluetooth problem

Hi,

after the latest update (23.4.A.1.264) my phone's BT is near unusable. I have the Smartband Talk as well and it disconnects as soon as it is more than 1m away from the phone. Before the update it worked great (10m and more). Any idea what can be causing this and how to fix it?

Is the band the only issue you have? You can try to reset the band. Turn it off, then press all buttons (power and volume) until you feel 3 short vibrations and a longer one.

I have tried resetting the band and it doesn't help sadly...I have found the phone losing connection to other BT devices as well (my car, laptop,...)

You could try to perform a software repair using PC Companion on your device. If that doesn't help either, you need to have the device examined at your Local support.

I had the same issue a few months ago, nothing fixed it except for a new software update when it came out - I'm on 23.4.a.1.264 and bluetooth is working fine now.
