Hello, i have installed a 4.4.2 firmware, it's a stock firmware and i don't receive any further updates. My question is why. The phone is't rooted

Have you unlocked the bootloader?

Nope, i have installed the firmware with a flash tool, just plug in the device and that's all

The reason you are not getting updates is because updates haven't been released or approved to that particular Firmware that you flashed.

Ok, if i will reflash the phone with the 4.4.4 update, things will be normal again?

It's all about which firmware you flash

Say whitch firmware do you have and i will flash that

My suggestion go with the Nordic version or Global generic
