Xperia z2 unable to install apks?

Hi.

My friend just bought XPEIRA Z2.

was able to instal apk's before,now suddenly can't install.

whenever he tries to install

he's unable to click "INSTALL" 

no i don't have SCREEN FILTER APPS

i've told him to enable unknow resources

uninstall ANTIVIRUS apps

still can't fix it

can anyone please help me?

This happens when the app is not compatible with the device. Please make sure that you have the correct version of the app and that it's compatible with Z2. In many cases, the developer has different versions of the app depending on what device it's for.

@kareem12345 Flash player isn't supported in Android since JB,sorry to bring bad news.
