I'v set my Xperia Z2 tablet pin code and at the first touch to the pin code usually not respond

Is it on an specific part of the screen or all over?

Do you have a protective case and/or film?

It is normal. Don't format your tablet.

When you wake it up (screen turns on, pinpad is displayed) you need to wait about a second before typing pin or first one or two digits will be ignored.

Annoying as s..t... Which version of firmware and which device are you using?

I agree with you. I'm just saying that it's not wise for you and others, who may read this thread, to reinstall software just to realise that it didn't change anything.
