Despite the other screenshot, my RAM is usually like this (I still consider it excesive) :Screenshot_2016-04-28-17-22-50.png

I can't see the screenshots until they are approved by a moderator, could you boot in >>> safe mode and check again?

@uliwooly

In safe mode, the system uses 750-800 MB, and the apps use 300 MB. There are 1.7GB free. Obviously there is less RAM used, but like in normal mode, in safe mode there is also lag. I think the free RAM has decreased in my phone last months. Dont know which app can cause this.

It wouldn't surprise me if it's whatsapp, or taskillers, antivirus, but at least you know that it is a third party app or apps.

@uliwooly well it may be, but system apps' usage has also increased by the last months, so I still doubt xD I hope Marshmallow will solve

Marshmallow it's a lot heavier than Lollipop, that's a given, not just with Sony, but your issue it's due to third party apps.

@uliwooly I doubted because inmediately after factory reseting it continued, but you can be alright (it is the most possible xD) thanks for answering

Anytime, just keep in mind that if it works fine in >>> safe mode (which disable third party apps) then it has to be a third party app.

If you want to test it further, repair the phone with PCC > do NOT restore anything, don't even enter your Gmail address > don't add WiFi nor enabled data > test the phone.
