Xperia Z2 notification lights not working

None of my notification lights are working. I factory reset but still nothing. On Sept 9,14 a support from Sony sent me a link to repair my phone. All that did was waste a lot of my time having to reset all my settings and down load music and bakc up again. The notification lights still DON'T work

I paid a lot of money for this phone and I'm pissed. HELP

Hi,

Is your notification settings on?. kindly check on Settings > Display > Notification light.

Make sure the checkbox is ticked.

If that is already on, try to plug in to the charger to see if the light turn red. IF that don't work and you have already did a software repair.

Please visit the nearest service centre for assessment.
