Xperia Z2 after 1 whole month of service visit comes back with even worser

Hi,

I desperately am I need of help..
I had bot the sony z2 on Aug 2014..

Since then it has been to service for several issues like
1) it was dead -august 2014
2) bright patches on display - Nov 2014
3) top speaker not working and mfg fault - Jan 2015

N today I got my phone back (Jan 31 to Feb 19)
And now my speakers are inverted.

The speaker phone does not work on calls and the stereo doe not even exist..

On call mybear hurts cpz the top speaker is way loud n no way to reduce it..

I am.suffering from ear pain after two usage and refrained from using this device..

I am sick n tired of pleaing sony at the service centers

Out of 6 months the phone has spent 2.5 months in Sony workshop in chennai..where I do not know how do they perform a quality check..

I havr given up and I do not know whom to apprach n feel cery miserable for spending 44000 on this phone

Moreover i hear the Xperia division is on edge of shutting down..

I m very tired of visiting service center..I hardly get to enjoy any feature on this phone..


Please help if anyone from Sony is ever going to see this...

I have tried every single way... I tried writing to the service head of India at Delhi and I am feeling very hopeless....is there anyone who can b approached?

I do not hav a number nor any sorces..I have tried every nuke n corner n escalared this a lot.. I had the customer care guy speak to the service center guys..

The service center folks just say the workshop people messed it up...

I'm sorry to hear that and I understand your frustration, however, this forum can't really help you with that situation.
