I have a z1 which I've had since december 2013, and ive had no problem with it apart from random reboots and occasional app crashes. But today, I was on my z1, showing no signs of any errors or virus's, 8% battery and everything running smoothly, I sent a text, locked my phone and put it on the table, around half a minute later my z1 made a text notification sound and as i went to check the text, my phone wouldnt open, I tried charging my phone but the LED was blinking, i tried turning my phone on and it showed the charging symbol (little green battery) then kept trying to boot-up over and over again for around 6 mins before eventually going back to nothing on the screen and a blinking red LED. Now, however it doesnt even try and boot. So I went online to see if anyone had any answers, a lot of people had the problem and they all seemed to have different theories on how to solve it, After reading up I tried -
- hold power button for 5 - 8 seconds.
- hold power + volume buttons for 5 - 8 seconds.
- hard reset under sim card flap.
- charge for 1-2 hours then soft reset.
None of the above theories seemed to work, has anyone got any answers PLLLLLEEEEAAAAAAAASSSEEEEE?
