Xperia Z1 wifi connect with PC slow

Hi, 

I need some help with my Z1. I connected to my PC (win 7) using wifi method and all worked fine, but when the screen of the Z1 turns off the speed of connection is extremely slow. I've deactivated the stamina mode but did not work. When the screen turns on, the speed instantly come back.

if anyone can help me I will appreciate.
