Xperia Z1 voip not connecting on 3g

I have just purchased a Xperia Z1. I was using the HTC one earlier. I am not able to connect  to my VOIP service provider when I am on 3g. I had no problem when I was using the HTC one. I tried using my sim in another phone and it connects perfectly. My VOIP providers are actionvoip.com and rynga.com . I have no problem when I am on wifi.

I feel there is some setting in Xperia Z1 that I don't know about or maybe there is a bug in it's software. It tries to register but gives error and tries again and again.  Looks like some fire wall is stoping it or some setting is preventing it.  I fail to understand.

It sounds like you have been setup with WAP settings instead of Internet which are quite limited in their functionality and will cause a lot of problems with secure connections. Please speak with your current network provider regarding this so that they may provide you the correct settings.
