When I transfer videos to my phone the timeline at the bottom shows 4 mins when the video is 15 mins and you can't fast forward either. When I try to fast forward the video pauses becuase it needs to play from the start untouched. I noticed that you get two options 1. Convert video or 2. Leave as is but may not play on phone. I have tried both and (2) doesn't work at all and (1) has the timeline problem. Does anyone know to fix this.
