can u help me i am trying to update my z1 but i am getting error 1100. . i have uninstaled my anti-virus but same thing happens. . plzzz help

What are you using to update?Pc companion or sony update service?

Try SUS, also disable your firewall 

Update Service (SUS)

PC Companion (PCC)

Bridge (for Mac)

i instaled it but sus is showing no network connection. . my network is fine. . what to do. .

Is it blocked by firewall?

no. . .

Reinstall PCC,make sure firewall does not block it.Restart the computer.Try with both PCC and SUS.
