Will my xperia lose its waterproofness if i replace its screen? Please respond

It may and may not - Depends on method used and whether or not you have a vacuum test carried out to test the seal once repaired but if done through a service centre then as standard a test is carried out

I suggest that  you contact Sony Mobile within your region, they will be able to supply a service agent who could perform a vacuum test on the device for you, as well as perform any repairs.
