Xperia Z1 Powerbutton Problems?

Hey Guys.

Sorry my english ist not so good, but I'll try to explain my problem:

Since one week my Z1 have much problems with the powerbutton, I think xD

The screen lock an unlock himself an he also shows the Shutdown menu. 

When i use the powebutton the screen lock correctly for 1 oder 2 seconds, then the problem start again.

The Phone get really hot and the Battery goes down quick

When I hold the Powerbutton, I fix the problem for the time I hold him. 

Hardreset and Repair with the PC Suite allready done.

I hope someone can help me. I need my Phone for work.

So I get my Phone back.

I don´t know what is was, because it was an irreparably damage. They think that some Whater gets into the phone, but the Waterindikators are ok, so I get a new one.
