Xperia Z1 not working after Lollipop update
HI,
Well i got notification for Lollipop update & started with the updation. Since then my phone got switched off & has not started yet.
Its only showing blank black screen with network & wifi bars, time, battery life icons. The touch has stopped working, The only button working is
of switch off or restart. For these I am able to select with the touch, which means the touch is working but due to update the phone is jammed.
Kindly help Its a new Xperia Z1, which I have bought just a month back.:smileyconfused::smileysad:

My phone is working now. I was facing the same issue so I took it to nearest sony center & its working fine now. You can do the same as they don't charge anything for updation. I also tried updating with PCC but it didn't help so just try to find nearest sony centre.

Thanks Anira.
I was able to get it working finally.
Used PCC's support center to repair and update the phone.
Even though PCC says that phone is not connected (unlock/inset SIM etc issues reported for connecting), repair and update actually works. It asks for which device to select, and it was already having my phone listed. So I simply selected it and went ahead. It updated my phone with Lollipop again and this time it worked.
Going to Sony center was my next option if this didnt work.
