Xperia Z1 LED notification problem

On my Xperia Z1 the white LED keeps on flashing, but I have notifications anywhere.

Can somebody please help me is bugging me, I have resorted to disabling the pulse notification light.

it could be an app acting up, do you have a notification app?

I didn't get what do you mean but if you are using a program to lock your screen(shake to unlock etc.) they prevents phone to act normally when you get a notification. If it is really annoying you try to uninstall this kind of programs.

Try to restart your phone by press and hold the power button and volume up at the same time until the phone vibrates.

If the problem comes back you start your phone in safe mode to see if the problem may be related to any 3rd party app that you have installed in your phone:
