Xperia Z1 keyboard problem

Hi everyone. I have an Xperia z1 an a few days ago i realize that while I'm writing a message, sometimes the keyboard doesn't work correctly, it writes anything else but not what I want to like if i were typing another keys and other times it doesn't react, keeps without function and freeze so I have to go out the aplication (Whatsapp, facebook, etc).

I hope you can help me, cause i went to a customer care center and they don't fix the problem.

Are you using a third party keyboard?

It could be due to the apps you have mentioned. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the apps.

no, I'm using the normal keyboard, actually I'haven't change any configuration and I've onle accepted and installed the upgrades that phone shows.

When I went to the customer care center they did the hard reset so I reinstalled all the apps and the problem keeps

And it only happens with specific apps?

No, it happens sometimes but with any app (SMS, whatsapp, messenger) , thats why i think is about the keyboard and no the apps, so i search some upgrade to the keyboard app but i haven't find solution

Hi, could you try it in Safe Mode for a little while to see if the problem still exists...this will show up if any Apps are interfering...could be any app interfering
