Xperia Z1 Display Issue

Hello There,

I need to raise this concern to ALL Superior of SONY XPERIA CLUB including the SALES HEAD.

I bought a new Xperia Z1 on 1st May got the delivery on 6th May. on 17 th of may i realized that when i am calling some one

display is going black. I went to service center in Chennai Greams Road. First it took 1.30 hours to them take my issue and

provide me a stand by phone. But the thing is: In a new Xperia with in 12 Days If I am havng some issue, Why are they right away not replacing it.... In case they need some time to cross check the issue, They may do that but I tried to call customer care 180030002800: executives are not responding properly on that. They are hanging up before giving me full sollution.

I raised the cocnern on twitter handle also there again no response. I send mail to so called customer care question.in mail id.

I am waiting for the response from there also...

I need to know why that late?? Is this the way to treat a new family member, as I am new to this Xperia Family....

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

I'm not really sure what you mean here. The screen should turn off when you talk to someone with the phone to your ear, so you won't accidentally use any functions in the phone. Could you please elaborate the issue a bit more?
