xperia z1 charging problem !!!!!!

My Sony Xperia Z1 is not charging correctly. At first, its charged but after charging for about 10min. its not charging again and I need to re-plugin to start charging again but while the phone is off , it'll nvr stop charging everything gone smoothly except while its on. I've been using this phone for about a year now. please tell me someway to solve this problem, its been happening for 3days now.

i've already turned it into safe mode but after awhile its still the same, not charging again.
