XPERIA Z1 CAMERA PROBLEM ON ANDROID 4.4.4

Hello and good day.

i have a problem with my Sony Xperia Z1 camera. it keeps on freezing

i have contacted you before and you told me to repair via sony companion. i did and it didn't work.

since then i broke my screen and got a new Z1 from my provider because i had insurance!

and the problem is still there. so it is not a hardware problem. it is a software problem.

i thought to update to lollipop. but i am unable yet!

i am from israel... when will the update be available here?

i love the phone! it is a shame that the camera freezez. if you have another solution, please tell me

Try clearing camera cache: Go to Settings -> Apps -> All -> Camera -> Force stop, clear data, restart phone.

If clearing the data & repairing the phone via PCC doesn't resolve the issue for you - I advise contacting Sony Xperia Customer Care in your region as the handset might need to be looked at by a technician.
