Xperia Z1 camera issue

I am happy with Xperia Z1. But I am facing the problem with Xperia Z1 camera. Whenever I am using flash light to take perfect image in low light places that image is filling with white light and at the same time image in very low quality it seems the image was taken with 2 megapixel camera. Please give me a solution is anything wrong with hard ware and anything wrong with my hand set.

Maybe it's caused of that you use the too high ISO when you take a photo. You can change the ISO when you take a photo in the low light place.

where is the ISO settings in phone and tell me how to change the ISO settings

ISO settings are found in manual mode. You should try superior auto for low light pics.
