Xperia Z1 Camera App problem

Hello,

Four days ago I bought my Xperia Z1, and today I decided to test it underwater.

First thing that frustrated me was that video would just stop recording by itself and it would enter random aplications, or when I press shutter button, it would exit the camera app, and such things, but I thought that it was just reaction on water and that it was normal. Later my Xperia really went wild, it constantly opens and closes the camera app, without even me touching it. Phone just stands there on the table and camera app opens and closes. When I enter other apps, camera just pops up no matter what.

I tried a lot of things, even reseting back to factory setting, no use, so I just shut it down.

It's really frustrating since I bougth that phone primarily because of it's high resolution camera, and because it's waterproof, which obviously failed the first test.

P.S. Flaps were firmly closed, I checked multiple times.

You have touch block app,you can find it to block touchscreen while recording for example.

I have a few issues with my camera app as well. If the phone goes to long without a reboot the camera app just freezes when you take a picture. I feel that for a premium phone with a good camera as it's prominant featur this is unexeptable.
