I have been having small issues with this for past few weeks, startwd with the time on top right of screen not matching up with time on standby screen if that makes since. It has no began to freeze at least twice a day where the only thing that will work is to hold the power button and volume button down until it restarts again,

Any solutions? Or maybe even reasons why this may happen

If you have any task killers or battery savers installed please remove them and reboot the phone. If this does not help then please attempt to run a repair:

To repair the phone software
1.     Install PC Companion on a Windows PC from Support
2.     In PC Companion, under Support Zone and click Start.
3.     Under Phone Software Update, click Start.
4.     Click repair phone.
5.     Follow the on-screen instructions.
