Hello. i cant turn on my phone. when i connect my phone to wall charger the red LED keeps blinking slowly. i tried to turn it on but nothing happens. i did take the phone out in the rain. do you think its water damaged? please help me.
First of al I would suggest that you charge your phone for a couple of hours. Then try to start your phone by press and hold volume up and power button at the same time until the phone vibrates.
If the phone still doesn't start you can try to repair the phone software using Update Service:
