My xperia z wifi keeps turning itself off, and mobile data turns itself on. I have checked my wifi settings ,and they are set to stay on always.
You might have a poor wifi connection and it could be set to avoid to this kind of connections.
Thanks for your reply. I have gone into my mobile data settings and ticked the resrict background data box. Hopefully this will cure the problem. I am more bothered about the mobile data turning itself on rather than wifi turning off.
You might have wifi by location enabled.
