Can anyone confirm if they have the same problem, along with Bluetooth phone issues, i am having problems watching videos played back via my pc, pausing and stuttering, the only way i can is to upload to Facebook/Youtube. Even via Googlechrome is pausing but not so bad.
Have you tried using another video player on your PC such as VLC?
What are your thoughts about this forum? Let us know by doing this short survey.
isn't it easier t just copy the videos to the phone and watch it?
@ Sam, I have tried all this and more, it seems to me to be connected tothe hi def being too much for theplayback software to cope with. Same issue with a Sanyo hi def camcorder i had.
@ Zann, that is NOT an option if i want to edit videos or send to frineds to view. Unless i send them the phone as well !!!
ok this is confusing. first you say that you;re having issue viewing the video on the phone via your pc. then your'e saying your friends need to view them as well. are they using the same phone? if the video is on the pc how are you viewing on your phone? VLC player? streaming?
you need to provide more detail information. if not it will take a long time going back n forth trying to figure out what is the issue here.
@ Zann, i am confused you are confused?
1. Video material
2. Playback on phone -all good
3. Prepare video via pc for editing- WOnt play
4. Prepare video on pc for distribuiting to friends or relatives-wont play.
Using any format, if uploaded to FAcebookYoutube ok, but lower resolution.
Why would i want to sedn friends and relatives my phone???
- where did video material in 1 come from? phone or other source?
- u're saying after editing on the pc, it won't play on phone right? what software are u using to edit the video? which codec do u use for audio & video? bandwidth? compression rate? frame rate?
@ Zenn I AM NOT SAYING THAT !!!!!
Look!
If i record a video on my Z, and playback it works fine, if i playback on real player (after transferring the file) or any other method AVS, VLc etc., it stutters and stops.
I need to do that as other people may want the file to view via email and i may want to edit several videos on my laptop so working on the phone only is not of any use !
All videos on my Xperia Arc playback fine.
Now what bit of this do you not get! ?????
yes exactly. you are not saying anything! that's the real problem. your first post barely says anything. when i try to ask for details you make a big fuss. how is anyone supposed to help you if you are not willing to provide more information? you expect people to read you mind? seriously?
forget it, looks like you;re not willing to cooperate. hope someone else is able to help you.
good luck.
Zann,i really cannot make it any simpler, i think you are trying to complicate it. The video taken on a Sony xperia Z will not play back via real player, AVS or VLC softaware, the Sony xperia arc played back perfectly well.
I am sorry , i just cannot see what more you need to know???
To say it is fine to watch using the handset precludes any options of editing on a pc or laptop.
