Xperia Z Usb files transfer problems

When i connect my xperia to the pc,and want to transfer files,it doesn't wat to do it!
It runs for about 2 sec and freezes,so i have to cancel it,please fix!

Have you tried to change USB connection mode? Go to settings > Xperia > Connectivity > USB connection mode. 

You could also try with another cable or another PC to see if there is a phone problem or a PC problem.
