Hi All,
Dec 15th i bought xperia Z ultra.. now the charger cap is not clossing correctly..i went to sony service center and they told to me, you will not get service or replacement for this issue. but 6 month accedental warrenty is still there.. very bad service and poor quality from sony, i spent 42000 rs for this mobile. So please tell me the next step..i mean what i need to do now.

I am also facing the same issue. Sony Products are good but service is very poor.
