Xperia Z -Touch Screen Issues

Last Month I bought Xperia -Z in Bangalore, India. For past 2 weeks I am facing a problem with the Touch screen, which is not getting sensed properly. Screen is not recognizing any buttons, if i do hard press too. Is this problem due to 4.2.2 update or Hardware Problem?

Hi, for a start, try repairing phone software with PC Companion or Update Service. Be aware that this process will erase phone data completely, backup if necessary.

If not successful, send phone to your local service centre to have it checked.
