Xperia Z problem with Facebook Messenger , Skype , etc

I have xperia Z.... when i call someone on facebook messenger or skype or viber, the screen goes blank and nothing is visible nomatter how many times i hit power button ,nothing happens...although u can talk normally while this... but i can't even cancel the call ... i have to ask the called peson to cut the call as im unable to do that .... please help me out .....

I have my sony xperia z , when i use the facebook messenger the screen is automaticlly off , and i can;t conteol any thing ,

try to uninstall and re install or try to clear data follow this go to settings>>apps>>all>>then find that app and if you want uninstall click uninstall or clear data click clear data and enjoy

Do not forget to give kudosand to select the correct answer
